Shipping Policy - the basics

All orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size. Shipping rates vary, and larger items (like brewing gear or bulk orders) may cost more than our standard rates — but we do our best to keep things fair by sharing the cost.

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your shipping label is created. Our rates are generally based on order size, but please note that international (and Alaska/Hawaii) orders may require additional fees.
