This single-origin dark roast is sourced from Ethiopia from the community of Wanja Kursa Farms. These beans are dried for 6–8 days on raised beds and turned frequently. Grown at 2,200 MASL, the Yurko washing station takes pride in their work and land.
This Yurko just feels like it was destined for a dark roast. It’s like someone saying, "I don’t really like dark chocolate," but then they taste a high-quality piece and realize how good dark chocolate could be. A Vortex of flavor will hit as a cold brew. Ethiopia does it again!
